AT THE END OF 14 DAYS OF PUBLIC VOTING, DURING WHICH OUR INSTAGRAM FEED WAS FILLED WITH COMMENTS AND ‘LIKES’ ON THE 20 IMAGES SELECTED BY OUR PANEL (MADE UP OF PHOTOGRAPHERS OLIVIA GENTILE, TOMMY RIVARA AND ALEX KNÜLL), WE HAVE THE WINNERS OF OUR PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION MIRADAS 2022!
In category 1, “My life in Patagonian nature”, Gonzale Flego gained 416 ‘likes’ to take the first prize, for which he will receive a helicopter trip over the town of San Martín de los Andes from Helicè. In second place was Leandro Troncoso with 387 ‘likes’, who will have his prize photo printed.
Category 2, “Patagonian landscapes”, was won by Luisa Zimmermann with 457 ‘likes’ (the image which received the most ‘likes’ in the whole competition). Her prize will be a night in the exclusive Estancia Rincón Chico on the Valdés Peninsula in Chubut province, for her and a guest. Behind Luisa came Matias Furer, will also take away his photo printed in Canson Infinity Platine Fibre Rag.
In Category 3, “My action to care for nature in Patagonia”, it was again Gonzalo Flego who won with his photo “Vocación”, accumulating 251 ‘likes’. He receives a day out floating the river Chimehuín fly-fishing. In second place was Elba Huanque who will have her photo printed by Olivia Gentile.
We are thrilled with the participation in the competition, as a result of which we shared 280 works on Patagonia. From the Fundación Tierras Patagónicas we congratulate all the participants and we will be in touch with the winners to deliver their prizes!
We continue building connections and raising awareness on the natural miracle which is Patagonia, and on the challenge which we face to conserve it. We care for the planet by caring for people!
